Can I refund my wristbands?

We offer refunds on orders that we have incorrectly produced.  During the ordering process online, you will be shown a proof on the screen.  Please make sure you have correctly chosen the customization options.  If you are unsure, please contact our sales team and/or ask for a pre-production proof in the notes section of the ordering process or over phone/email.  If you specifically ask for a proof, we will not begin production on your order until we have received a confirmation email from you.  Note, on rush orders, confirmations should be returned promptly to ensure on-time delivery.  However, if the wristbands are made per your order details, we cannot offer a refund as these items are customized.

What color do the glow-in-the-dark wristbands glow?

Our glow-in-the-dark wristbands will emit a greenish glow when in dark rooms or environment.  These wristbands are offered in white, green, pink, red, and blue.  Note that the actual color of these wristbands will be a lighter/translucent version of the color stated.  This is so the photo-reactive silicone can absorb the light.   For example, if you order red glow-in-the-dark wristbands, the actual color in a well-lit environment or in daylight will be a light red to a pinkish color.

What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 custom silicone wristbands with the same message and color choices.

What materials are your wristbands made of?

EZ custom wristbands manufactures wristbands that are 100% silicone. They do not contain any latex, or lead and are held to the highest quality standards.

Can I split my order into different wristbands sizes?

Yes, you can split your order into different wristband sizes, but you must order at least 100 of each size. For example, if you order 200 wristbands, you can split your order into 100 youth and 100 adult, but you cannot split your order into 50 youth and 150 adult. Please specify how you would like your order split between sizes in the special instructions box while customizing your wristbands.


Additionally, there is a mold fee for splitting one order between sizes. For example, if you order 500 adult wristbands, however, you want 400 adult and 100 youth bands, you can pay an additional fee as opposed to placing 2 seperate orders for each quantity and size.

Will I be charged more for putting text on both sides of my wristbands?

Yes, there is an additional charge for having a message on the back of the wristband. The front message is limited to 25 characters and the back message is also limited to 25 characters.

Can I split my order into different wristband colors?
Yes, your order can be split into different colors wristbands for a fee of per additional color. Furthermore, you must order at least 100 of each color. For example, if you order 500 wristbands, you can order 100 red, 100 blue, and 300 orange, but you cannot order 50 red, 50 blue, and 400 orange. If you would like to split your wristbands into different colors, please call us to place your order.

Can I have two different font types per wristband?
Only one font style can be used per wristband order.

Can I add a logo or artwork to my wristband?
Yes, logos and artwork can be added to your custom silicone wristbands. We provide artwork on our website or custom artwork and logos can be uploaded in JPEG, JPG, GIF, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG, EPS, DOC, DOCX forms.

What sizes are available for the wristbands?

There are two sizes available youth and adult. Youth wristbands are 7.0 inches in circumference and adult sizes are 8.0 inches in circumference.

How many colors do you offer for your wristbands?

There are popular colors offered on the EZ Custom Wristband order page along with over 1000 custom PMS colors to choose from.

How many characters fit on a wristband?
Characters are dependent on the type of font used but normally 50 characters can be used utilizing the front and back of the wristband.

Will I be charged based on the number of characters in my phrase?
You can use up to 25 characters on the front message without any fees. For additional character, you must use the back message which can be added for a small fee. 

What is your turn around time?

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders placed within Texas. There is no sales tax charged to orders made outside of Texas.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.
You may also mail in a check or money order.
We accept purchase order from schools with some minor restrictions. Please contact us before placing an order using a purchase order.

Do you offer discounts for large orders and/or non-profit groups?
Our bulk orders are already provided at a discounted rate, please refer to the pricing page for more information. If you have an order for 20,000 or more, please call 1-800-782-0797.

Do you ship outside the US, to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box?
We do not ship internationally other than Canada, to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Is a tracking number provided for the orders when they are shipped?

Tracking numbers are provided via email and can be tracked on the DHL or UPS  website using their tracking tool.
